Students and former students may request unofficial or official transcripts of their academic record at Columbia-Greene Community College be sent to themselves, current or potential employers and/or to other colleges.
To request a transcript, a student must send a signed and dated written request to the Office of Records and Registration. This request should include the student’s current name, former name (if applicable), student ID number, current address, current telephone number, and complete address(es) of where the transcript(s) should be sent. For your convenience, you may fill out our transcript request form. There is no fee to request transcripts. Requests should be addressed to:
