Complaint Procedures for Out of State Distance Learners
Students enrolled in online courses at CGCC residing outside of NYS should attempt to resolve all complaints or grievances according to procedures outlined in the College catalog and/or Student Handbook.
If the resolution to your complaint via CGCC’s policies and procedures is unsatisfactory, the complaint may be appealed to the SARA portal agency in your state of residence. Contact information for that agency maybe found at the website of the National Council of State Authorization of Reciprocity Agreements (NC-SARA).
