February 28 @ 6:30 pm - 8:30 pmAdmission: Free
This Spring, C-GCC’s lecture series will take a close look at our own backyards, in an effort to raise awareness of Lyme disease and other tick-borne diseases (TBDs).
The college will join forces with the #GetTickedOff movement this February– a public outreach campaign lead by Assembly-member Didi Barrett (106th District) – to host a panel discussion centered on the growing dangers of TBDs. Speakers will include Barrett, Hudson Valley-based writer Mary Beth Pfeiffer, author of Lyme: The First Epidemic of Climate Change, and leading Lyme physician Dr. Kenneth Liegner.
