Columbia-Greene Community College Provost George Timmons, Ph.D., has announced the following faculty promotions and tenures, effective September 1, 2020:
Jessica Curley of Selden, coordinator of Medical Assisting, has been promoted from instructor to assistant professor.
Promoted from assistant professor to associate professor are Rebecca Pinder, Ph.D., of Catskill, Biological Sciences, and Marc Gilbert of Stamford, Automotive Technology.
William DeLuca of Catskill, Criminal Justice, and J. Theodore Hilscher of Hannacroix, History, have both been promoted from associate professor to professor.
Edward Smith of Elizaville, instructor of Automotive Technology, was promoted from instructor to assistant professor, in addition to receiving tenure.
