Office of Student Development
The Office of Student Development oversees athletics, accessibility services, health services, and student activities. The Student Development office provides diverse resources and programs that complement learning inside and outside the classroom.
The Dean of Student Development is the advocate for all students enrolled at the College and is the first point of contact for all incidents involving students. Individuals involved in an incident should fill out on Incident Report Form and return to Beverly Burka, Main Bulding, Room 205. If necessary, a judicial process will begin based on the findings in the Incident Report.
The Student Development office coordinates several College-wide programs throughout the academic year. Welcome Week and Leadership Conferences occur during the first week of the fall and spring semesters. The Presidential Scholarship Recipient Awards Ceremony and the Student Leadership Awards Ceremony are in the fall and spring semesters respectively. Brown Bag Forums every month offer the opportunity to explore a current local, national, or international topic. The Commencement / Graduation Ceremony concludes the academic year in May.
The Student Life Committee sponsors educational programs on a number of topics including Hate/Bias Crimes, Sexual Harassment, and related issues.
